Receive training sessions emailed weekly along with training advice from 'The G Man'. Whether you're an amateur or elite triathlete, no matter the distance. In addition to mastering the sport of coaching triathlon, this also includes detailed knowledge of bio- mechanics and nutrition to offer you the most comprehensive training plan you'll need
You will train in the disciplines you need with a training plan that will match your fitness level with the race distance or training goal that you desire. Also included, a Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention exercise program to keep you strong and injury free, nutritional advice on fueling and caloric intake to keep you healthy all included in the Coach G Force Booklet along with over 150 swim sessions, numerous bike & run sessions along with a Race Plan Program.

To be held in 2014 & 2015 in New Plymouth - One with NZ & Canadian Triathletes , Hamilton Ontario, Canada Pre ITU World Championships Chicago USA 2015 -
One also planned in Gold Coast 2015 , venue of ITU World Championship Series event and also next Commonwealth Games 2018.
